Job summary

WSI Talent in Holland, MI is seeking a Line Worker to stand at the belt, grade eggs, and move product from the washer to the breaking machine in a USDA-SQF environment. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting light loads while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The position features a six-day schedule with steady shifts, weekly pay, and on-the-job training in food safety and line procedures. A referral bonus program is also available for teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write basic English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work in a cool, wet environment around moving equipment and chemicals.
• Experience in food manufacturing or processing preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Grade eggs entering the washer and align flow from conveyor to accumulating station.
• Pull bad eggs, blood spots, and shell fragments from cups at the breaking machine.
• Run chemical checks and manage foam in washers.
• Clean washer screens and track inedible product to the auger.
• Dump inedible product and keep area clean to USDA standards.
• Cover for others during breaks and maintain line movement.
