Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking a Sanitation Technician to clean and sanitize egg processing equipment on a daily basis, following rotating schedule (three days one week, four days the next).

You will work with chemicals, high pressure cleaners, and GMPs, reporting to the Processing Supervisor; training for egg-specific equipment is provided, and bilingual English/Spanish is desirable to communicate across teams in a food manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Previous food plant sanitation experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with GMPs or equivalent practices is highly desirable.
• Training for egg-specific equipment would be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble processing equipment daily.
• Work with chemicals and high-pressure cleaning equipment.
• Maintain training on equipment, chemicals and MSDSs.
• Review sanitation chemicals with supervisor.
• Keep records and paperwork.
• Follow GMPs.
• Maintain equipment in good repair.
• Other duties as assigned.
