Versova is seeking an on‑site Egg Processing Operator to manage the production line and ensure only high‑quality eggs are processed. You will monitor for defective eggs, remove foreign materials, and help maintain safety and sanitation standards in a fast‑paced facility.

The role requires basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime. Prior food processing experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must have 0–2 years in manufacturing or processing environments.
• Basic math for counting and measuring.
• Ability to operate egg processing equipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Walk/stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and remove poor quality eggs from the production line.
• Ensure products meet USDA requirements.
• Remove eggshells, bloody eggs, dirty eggs, and rotten eggs.
• Identify and remove foreign materials from product flow.
• Assist with clean-up and stocking of rewashables.
• Communicate with supervisor, QC, USDA, and staff.
• Train and assist other team members as needed.
