Job summary

Ultipro in Grant Park, IL is seeking a Processing Line Worker for a food processing facility. Under the supervision of the Processing Supervisor, you will perform tasks to ensure the highest quality product possible, with a strong emphasis on food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities include operating the washer section, transferring eggs, cleaning and sanitizing equipment daily, and managing chemical uses. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing or Processing desirable.
• Safety programs and processes such as Hazcom, LOTO, GMPs.
• Knowledge of sanitation methods and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform HACCP and SQF/ cGMP compliant tasks to ensure product quality.
• Operate washing and egg handling processes; maintain cleanliness.
• Clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment daily; follow PPE protocols.
• Adhere to USDA standards during shift end cleanup and facilities upkeep.
