Operators perform quality checks, document data, and support minor equipment adjustments while adhering to safety, GMP and HACCP guidelines. Weekend and overtime may be required as part of production staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to obtain forklift and pallet jack licenses.

Responsibilities

• Check egg temperatures and machine speeds; monitor tank levels and leaks.
• Document data accurately and timely to ensure traceability.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack and keep area clean.
• Maintain safety, GMPs and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with equipment adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Relay machine or product issues to management or maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to control egg flow.
