Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on incoming raw eggs and finished product.
• Monitor temperatures, speeds, tank levels, and leaks.
• Complete required documentation on production data.
• Follow GMPs and HACCP procedures.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and equipment cleanliness.
• Report equipment or product issues to management.
• Assist with dye, printer, and counter changeovers.
• Support line employees and communicate effectively to control egg flows.
• Adhere to safety practices and company policies.
