Michael Foods, Inc. Wakefield facility is seeking an Operator to safely operate a forklift, move materials, and support production while maintaining clean, compliant work areas. The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and accurate handling of eggs and related products in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires a forklift license (or ability to obtain one), prior manufacturing exposure, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. First shift with weekend work; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a forklift license; forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules and SOPs in English; basic math skills.
• Capable of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and transport materials.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and follow GMPs.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and loading finished product.
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; report issues.
• Work 6:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Saturday; overtime as needed.
