Michael Foods, Inc. in Gaylord, Minnesota is seeking a production operator to run computerized process systems, connect silos, perform CIP’s, blend products, and maintain sanitation to ensure the production of high-quality egg items. This role emphasizes safety, GMPs, and USDA standards, with meticulous logging of time, temp, and flow metrics.

The position may require overtime/weekends and collaboration with packaging for timely line startup and product consistency across shifts.

Formación

• Must have ability to work in high and confined spaces while following safety procedures.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends when required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate HTST processing system and CIP system and record time, temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
• Detect and report system abnormalities to reduce risk to equipment or product.
• Understand aseptic system operations and sanitation processes to meet high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Coordinate with packaging lead for timely hook up and startup of the production line.
• Clean silos, mix room, totes, pumps, UHT press, and CIP lines.
• Monitor CIP systems to ensure proper operation and correct chemical concentrations.
• Maintain logs and reports required by the company and USDA.
• Blend products according to mix procedures.
• Maintain open communications and a good attitude toward coworkers.
• Maintain regular attendance and food safety/quality standards.
