Job summary

Michael Foods Inc. is seeking an Operator to monitor production lines, ensure quality of incoming raw eggs and finished products, and perform routine safety and equipment checks. You are expected to troubleshoot minor issues, adjust equipment as needed, and maintain thorough documentation to support safe, efficient operations.

The role requires adherence to GMPs, HACCP guidelines and strong teamwork. 1st shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a rotating schedule and occasional 2nd/3rd shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and production equipment.
• Perform required food safety checks and documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support safe, efficient production operations.
• Check egg temps, machine speeds, tank levels and leaks.
• Maintain accurate data reports and documentation.
• Follow SOPs and HACCP guidelines.
