Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Processing Line Worker for our egg processing operation. Under the Processing Supervisor, you will help ensure the highest quality product by performing line duties and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities include handling eggs through washer and transfer steps, inspecting for quality, and supporting clean-up per USDA GMP requirements. You will work around moving machinery and possibly lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing desirable.
• Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, and cGMP principles.
• Ability to operate and clean processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and quality per HACCP, SQF, and cGMP.
• Grade and transfer eggs between belts and stations.
• Clean washer screens and perform chemical checks.
• Assist breaks and cleanup; follow USDA standards in breaking and shell rooms.
