Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker for our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater, Ohio. You will pack eggs, verify labels and dates, and communicate variances to floor leads.

Starting wage is $17.50/hour with potential to raise to $17.70 after 90 days. This on-site position runs Monday through Friday 6:00am–2:00pm with occasional Saturdays and offers profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift between 25-50 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Pack cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
• Ensure case labels match carton/sleeve type and code date; place labels on packed cases when applicable.
• Communicate any variance of carton dates or labels to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead.
