Job summary

Cooper Farms in Coldwater, Ohio, is seeking a 2nd shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Central Egg Processing team. This entry-level role supports packaging eggs, ensures labels and dates are correct, and helps maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with potential raise to $18.70 after 90 days; overtime or bonuses may apply. Training provided; hours are Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lb repetitively.
• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Pack cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
• Ensure labels match carton type, code date, and apply labels correctly.
• Report any label or date variances to the lead.
