Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater, Ohio. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm, with occasional Saturdays and a starting rate of $17.50 per hour, rising to $17.70 after 90 days.

We offer monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses, paid vacation, health and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a wellness stipend. Training is provided for this entry level role.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with training provided
• Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Pack cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material
• Ensure case labels match carton type and date, and apply labels to packed cases
• Communicate any discrepancies in carton dates or labels to the Packer Operator or Floor Lead
