Job summary

Cobb is hiring for a hatchery position in the United States. The role involves packing eggs, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining safe, efficient work flow on the egg packing line.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no major employment gaps in past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days; maximum 3 prior Cobb/Tyson Foods positions.

Responsibilities

• Pack eggs using egg pack machine and strap cases with a strapping machine.
• Clean and sanitize Egg Pack Room, equipment, and trays using high pressure and regular water hoses.
• Monitor and record temperatures in hatchers and setters.
• Hand transfer eggs by hand for packing/unpacking.
• Maintain clean work area and assist leads and sanitation as needed.
