Job summary

Northwest-Bank is seeking an EFT Processor II to handle cardholder disputes and support the EFT department across multiple offices. You will process disputes, review claims, and respond to FISERV requests while maintaining compliance with Reg E and related regulations.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and collaboration with Contact Center and branches. Training is provided; participation in ongoing SOX/regulatory compliance may be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing financial disputes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with financial regulations related to electronic funds transfers.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming EFT cardholder disputes while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Apply provisional and final credits to customer accounts as needed.
• Respond to FISERV requests via email and phone within established timeframes.
