Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking an EFT Processor II to support our customers with cardholder disputes and EFT-related requests. The role involves processing disputes, credits, responding to FISERV inquiries, and maintaining compliance with Regulation E and NACHA.

The incumbent will assist Contact Center and branches, manage travel queues when needed, and work as part of a team, using Microsoft Office applications and department procedures to deliver timely, accurate solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Business Administration/Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming cardholder disputes while strictly adhering to all bank policies and procedures
• Processing provisional and final credits to customer's account with disputed items when applicable
• Respond to FISERV requests
• Investigate and elevate suspicious or fraudulent claims in accordance with policies
• Process EFT disputes
• Ensure compliance with Regulation E and NACHA
• Perform all operational support duties within the EFT Department
• Respond to customer or business partner inquiries with exemplary customer service in the established timeframe
• Participate in job specific training
• Maintain department procedures
• Be efficient in additional assigned duties FICO, travel work queues, auto generated letters, and monitoring faxes.
• Determining dispute decisions for approval/denial according to Regulation
• Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
• Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
• Work as part of a team
• Work with on-site equipment
