Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an EfS MRO Engineer - B52 in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on engineering optimized MRO methods by integrating Rolls-Royce with the Maintenance and Overhaul network, driving efficiencies and lifecycle cost opportunities.

Responsibilities span defining technical requirements for repair processes, ensuring data regulatory compliance, and supporting in-depth product quality assessments. A strong background in manufacturing engineering and related standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of aftermarket engine support.
• Master’s degree.
• PhD degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Technical Instructions ensuring the most technically efficient method is achieved.
• Define and maintain technical requirements for component repair processes.
• Ensure maintenance data meets regulatory, contractual and customer commitments.
• Support product quality assessments at manufacturing and overhaul facilities.
• Understand service deterioration and feed findings into life-cycle cost opportunities.
• Interface between Manufacturing Engineering, MRO Bases, Service Operations and other stakeholders.
