Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to analyze proposed designs for robustness and compliance with Design for Process Excellence principles. The role supports the Design function with numerical modeling, analyses, and cross‑discipline collaboration.

You will conduct aero/thermal, acoustic and structure analyses, provide technical packages on schedule, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s degree, or JD/PhD.
• US Citizen is required to be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Aeros/Thermal, Acoustic and Structure Mechanical Design and Analysis using numerical models and boundary conditions.
• Interpret results, deliver solutions and technical packages on schedule within cost and quality constraints.
• Act as a technical adviser within the discipline and share knowledge across teams.
• Promote continuous improvement of tools and processes within the function.
