Job summary

Rolls-Royce seeks an EfS (Engineering for Services) MRO Engineer - Liftsystem in Indianapolis, IN, to drive value by engineering optimized MRO methods across the maintenance and overhaul network. You will ensure technical data, regulatory compliance and customer commitments are met while collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Service Operations and Design teams.

The role requires a formal engineering degree and experience in aftermarket engine support, with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of Aftermarket engine support or higher.
• Master’s degree or PhD degree are acceptable.
• U.S. Citizen required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Create value by engineering optimised MRO methods within Rolls-Royce and the MRO network.
• Define and maintain technical requirements for component repair processes.
• Ensure maintenance data meets regulatory, contractual and customer commitments.
