Job summary

You will manage the master inventory, handle shipping/receiving, order routine site materials, verify packing slips, stage jobs, and keep fleet logs, while ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED with 1+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20% and drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Inventory list and monitor territory levels.
• Handle daily shipping/receiving and coordinate with carriers.
• Order standard site materials from SBA bid lists.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and label with job data.
• Stage jobs in warehouse/yard and track material status.
• Assist with fleet vehicle logs and warehouse cleanliness.
