Bell International Laboratories, Incorporated is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator in Eagan, MN. The role focuses on coordinating finished products for outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely palletization.

You will work with QA, logistics, and internal teams to optimize operations and resolve shipping issues. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing or logistics, ERP SAP familiarity, and strong attention to detail, with proficient MS Excel/Word

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP) for inventory tracking.
• Experience with inventory control and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete customer orders for shipment.
• Down stack pallets for customer orders.
• Operate Sit Down and Stand-up forklift.
• Use handheld scanner to locate pallets.
• Reconcile shipping and receiving counts and methods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
• Generate shipping/receiving reports for management.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work environment.
