Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read shelf tags and follow price/placement cues.
• Basic math skills for counting, addition, and subtraction.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-store shopper initiates and completes selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup, and keep order accuracy.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow policies, safety procedures, and guidelines; maintain staging areas.
