Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a skilled EEO Specialist to manage complaints processing and ensure compliance with reasonable accommodation laws at Fort Meade. You will update the Army's iComplaints system for your caseload and assist in establishing special emphasis programs.

The role requires explaining discrimination filing procedures to employees and guiding both formal and informal complaint processes, with TDY and background check considerations noted.

Qualifications

• Experience with EEO complaints processing and discrimination laws.
• Ability to manage case data and documentation.
• Familiarity with automated complaint systems (IComplaints).

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of a team to manage the EEO complaints processing program, along with compliance with reasonable accommodation laws.
• Update the Army's iComplaints system with required data and documentation for assigned caseload.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining special emphasis program.
• Explain procedures of filing discrimination complaints to requesting employees.
• Provide guidance on the formal and informal complaint process.
