Ascension Saint Alexius in Hoffman Estates, IL seeks an EEG Technologist for the Ambulatory Surgery Center. The role requires operating EEG equipment, attaching electrodes, reviewing records, and monitoring patients during procedures. The ideal candidate will manage artifacts and ensure accurate data is provided to physicians.

Evening shift, full-time schedule. Licensure includes BLS within 30 days; ABRET credential preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• Required: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Preferred Credential(s):
• Electroencephalographic Technician credentialed from the ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing & Accreditation (ABRET).

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
