The University of Kansas Lawrence Campus is seeking Supplemental Student Instructors for the EECS Department to support Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 coursework.
Duties include holding office hours, leading help sessions, answering student questions, assisting instructors during class, and contributing to course development as needed.
This is an hourly, non-exempt appointment. Eligibility requires enrollment in at least 6 credit hours during the term and a KU GPA of 3.0 or higher.

100% - Duties include assisting with various EECS courses. Assistance includes holding office hours, conducting help sessions, answering student questions, helping course instructors during class periods, course development, and other assistance as needed.
The position will be terminated if KU GPA falls below the
required minimum of 3.0.
(1) Student employees are not eligible for remote work arrangements unless an exception is approved by the unit leadership and HR.
(2) This is an hourly/non-exempt position. A student employee cannot hold an hourly/non-exempt position and a salaried/exempt graduate or undergraduate position (GRA/GTA/GA/RUA/RGA) concurrently.
