The University of Kansas Lawrence Campus is seeking Supplemental Student Instructors for the EECS Department to support Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 coursework.

Duties include holding office hours, leading help sessions, answering student questions, assisting instructors during class, and contributing to course development as needed.

This is an hourly, non-exempt appointment. Eligibility requires enrollment in at least 6 credit hours during the term and a KU GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Qualifications

• Current student in the EECS department or a closely related discipline.
• Successful completion with a grade of B or better of the EECS course or equivalent you are assisting with.
• Have a minimum KU GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Duties include holding office hours, conducting help sessions, answering student questions, helping course instructors during class periods, course development, and other assistance as needed.
