Qualifications

• Excellent collaborative teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use PC/software to collect, report, and present data.
• Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners.
• Strong public relations, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• At least three years in education, workforce development, talent development, recruitment, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Teacher Apprentice Program.
• Coordinate student teacher placement, onboarding, and support activities.
• Support activities associated with the Associate Teacher Program.
• Facilitate orientation sessions, workshops, and training opportunities for participants.
• Maintain communication with participants, campuses, providers, and university partners.
• Track participant progress toward certification and program completion.
• Assist with mentor assignments and support activities.
• Explain program requirements and available supports to participants.
• Organize job fairs and recruitment events to promote educator pipeline programs.
