Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2–5 years in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement affordable insurance solutions for educators.
• Present products confidently to groups and individuals.
• Network at events and build client relationships.
• Invest time to ensure long-term business success.
• Manage agency and maintain relationships with clients.
