Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to work with educators, helping families protect their futures and plan for retirement. You’ll build relationships, present to individuals and large groups, and grow your practice with established books of business in the field.

This role offers a performance-based compensation package with uncapped earnings, incentives, and bonuses, plus in-person and field work. Licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty are required.

Qualifications

• Possess or the ability to obtain resident state General Lines licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty.
