Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong understanding of selecting and engaging participants and locations for shoots.
• Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Audition) and post‑production.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre‑production, production and post‑production activities.
• Create and design multimedia content for internal and external sites and programs.
• Collaborate with marketing team to fulfill photo/video project objectives.
• Maintain archives, materials, and project documentation.
