Austin Community College District is seeking an Educational Technologist to provide training and support for instructional technology across ACC campuses. You will create training videos, support end‑users, and advise faculty on media use and production techniques to enhance instruction.
The role requires an Associate degree and at least two years of related experience, with preferred higher education background. On‑campus, daytime hours with occasional evening events.
Educational Technologist
To provide support services related to instructional technology applications for Austin Community College (ACC) faculty and staff; provides training assistance in in use of media as needed, and maintains equipment inventory for technology used by faculty and staff in support of instruction at the College.
Required Work Experience: Two years of related work experience.
Preferred Work Experience: Work experience in a higher educational institution.
Required Education: Associate degree.
Preferred Education: Degree in Education, Communication, Information Technology, or related field.
Special Requirements: Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation for local Austin area travel.
Physical Requirements: Work is performed in a variety of settings. Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling, and at times subject to stooping, crawling, and climbing. May need to lift heavy objects of up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to focus.
This is an on-campus ACC District position that is anticipated to serve one of the ACC Campuses during the following hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Salary Range (PG 5): $53,029 - $65,683
