Job summary

Linpin Solutions is seeking an Educational Technologist in Quantico, VA to support LMS operations and course delivery. The role collaborates with technical support teams to enhance troubleshooting and works with instructional staff to build online or blended courses.

Requires 3–10 years in instructional design, experience with Moodle and LMS operations, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent. Onsite role with M-F schedule and active DoD clearance eligibility.

Role Overview

• Supports the operation and administration of learning management systems.
• Collaborates with technical support teams to refine troubleshooting strategies.
• Assists course developers and instructional staff with building and delivering online or blended courses.
• Works with Tier 1 support personnel and management to refine Tier 1 support strategies.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed.
• Ability to safeguard and maintain electronic files.

Requirements

Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education.

Salary

$70,000-$85,000
