Job summary

Franklin Public Schools is seeking an Educational Support Professional for the GOALS Program at Washington Street K-2 Elementary School in Franklin, MA. The role provides direct instruction and embedded support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders across social, academic, behavior, language, self-regulation and communication in inclusive settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or ParaPro Certification.
• Experience with children with Autism required.
• Warm, caring and respectful approach to working with young children.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing academic and behavioral programming.
• Record and summarize data for students.
• Collaborate with GOALS team members.
• Adapt general education plans to support inclusion.
• Participate in ongoing training.
