Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Texas schools through evaluations, therapy, and ARD collaboration.

You’ll work with ARD committees, parents, and district staff to deliver tailored therapy and progress monitoring, ensuring access to education and student success.

Competitive hourly pay starting at $53 per hour with flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate Needs: Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs for specialized therapy services.
• Communicate Findings: Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
• Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services directly or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor Progress: Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to advocate for and support students’ special education programs.
