Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a special education-related field.
• Five years of experience in the field, including Educational leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical disciplines and school leaders.
• Working knowledge of special education compliance.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain partner relationships with school leaders through on-site visits and regular meetings.
• Meet with school partners to assess needs, evaluate staffing, and ensure compliance.
• Provide clinical support, coaching, resources, and guidance to staff.
• Conduct individual meetings with clinical staff to understand needs and resources.
• Foster community by facilitating practice groups and encouraging staff communication.
• Support recruitment including networking and interviewing.
