Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a Director of Educational Services to lead Pre-K–12 school teams and partnerships from Fort Washington, PA office. You will manage partner relationships, visit schools, and coordinate with school leaders to support educational initiatives.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, five years in the field with three in leadership, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a special education-related field is required.
• Five years of experience in the field, with at least 3 years in an educational leadership role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical disciplines and school leaders across locations.
• Knowledge of special education compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain partner relationships with school leaders; conduct on-site visits and regular meetings.
• Meet with school partners to assess clinical needs and compliance.
• Provide clinical support, coaching, resources, and guidance to field staff.
• Conduct individual meetings with clinical staff to assess needs and resources.
• Develop community by facilitating communities of practice and encouraging communication among staff.
• Support recruitment through networking and interviewing.
