The role collaborates across UNT Health and affiliated training programs to support curriculum development, faculty development, educational innovation, learner assessment, and program evaluation, with occasional travel to conferences and external sites.

Qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in education or related field.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development.
• Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with faculty development and learner assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate educational programs and faculty development initiatives.
• Design and facilitate educational programming using evidence-based strategies and competency-based frameworks.
• Develop curricular materials, assessment tools, and online learning content for learner development.
• Collaborate with faculty, residency programs, and institutional partners on curriculum development and quality improvement.
• Present workshops and educational sessions within the faculty development and residency programs.
