Job summary

1046 Health Network Laboratories LLC is seeking an Academic & Workforce Development Coordinator to lead coordination of workforce pipeline, academic partnerships, student programs, and educational support initiatives within HNL Lab Medicine.

The role manages student lifecycle activities, affiliations, rotations, internships, tuition assistance, and reimbursement, partnering with HR, Learning, and external institutions to align staffing with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years coordinating workforce development programs, student programs, or related functions.

Responsibilities

Designs, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates student and workforce development programs (internships, shadowing, tours, Career Connections).
Serves as liaison between academic institutions, workforce orgs, students, department leaders, and HR/Talent Acquisition.
Coordinates end-to-end student lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, placement, participation, evaluation, completion.
Assists with curriculum development, course planning, and implementation of educational programs.
