The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least two years of experience with young children, and be eligible to work in the United States. Preference for associate or bachelor's degree and multilingual skills to support diverse student needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 48 college credit hours or an Associate's Degree, or approved Parapro/WorkKeys.
• Minimum of two years experience with young children.
• Current authorization to work in the United States by start date.

Responsibilities

• Supports direct instruction to students individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings.
• Prepares instructional materials and assists with classroom activities.
• Assists in classroom setup and cleanup.
• Manages individual and classroom behavior per school guidelines.
• Supervises students on field trips.
• Performs other related duties as requested by Head of School/Principal.
