The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years in higher education, with strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing scope of work and multiple projects.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency with word processing, email, and virtual meeting apps (G Suite/Workspace or MS 365).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with instructional staff to incorporate AV resources into curricular content.
  • Identify and select resources to meet learning outcomes and objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on resource effectiveness.
  • Lead training for faculty, staff, and students on approved resources.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for selected tools.
  • Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of resources and tools.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in educational technology.
