Job summary

CT State Community College is seeking a Media Specialist to develop and produce multimedia programs and materials. You will support instructional media services, advise faculty and staff, and help with online and on-campus digital materials, including web content.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in communications or instructional technology and 2+ years of related experience, with a focus on AV production, high-quality visuals, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to communications or instructional technology and 2+ years in a related field.
• Strong AV production/post-production knowledge and equipment handling.
• Ability to train and advise users in multimedia production techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide presentation support technology for instruction and promotional needs.
• Assist faculty and staff in multimedia production and live events.
• Develop and produce multimedia materials and digital content.
• Collaborate on online and on-campus media services and web content.
