Job summary

Responsibilities include developing learning outcome assessments, applying diverse methodologies, and guiding faculty development. A Master’s is required; a Doctoral degree is preferred, with 3–5 years of related higher-ed experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences or related field.
• Doctoral degree preferred.
• Three to five years of work related experience.
• Experience in educational innovation with student-centered pedagogy.
• Knowledge of active learning strategies, educational technologies and assessment methods.
• Experience designing and delivering faculty development programs and workshops.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaboration with faculty, staff, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement student learning outcome assessment strategies.
• Apply assessment methods to measure learning objectives.
• Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Evaluate AI tools for educational assessment.
• Analyze findings to improve programs, curricula, and teaching.
• Collaborate with faculty to strengthen teaching and learning.
• Design and deliver faculty development programs on assessment.
• Provide guidance to faculty and staff on assessment approaches.
• Monitor trends and standards in higher education pedagogy.
• Collaborate with leadership and mentor student assistants.
