Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, higher education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years teaching at the collegiate level.
• Experience with assessing student learning outcomes at multiple levels.
• Familiarity with AI tools in higher education settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee faculty development initiatives, including orientation and mentoring.
• Lead programming to promote teaching excellence and best practices.
• Collaborate with librarians, instructional designers, and subject matter experts.
• Promote assessment practices to support continuous improvement of student learning.
• Build a community of practice across campus to share ideas and innovations.
