Job summary

Toastmasters International seeks a content producer to create and maintain educational products from initiation to deployment to members via an Open edX LMS. The role requires UX awareness, some HTML knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

It involves collaborating with instructional designers, UX and graphic teams, and the Learning Programs team. Hybrid work arrangement in Englewood, CO, with remote days and on-site days, and a focus on accessibility and global audience considerations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with multiple teams across the organization.
• Ability to learn new content creation software quickly.
• Understanding of adult education standards.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with e-learning content and metadata management.
• Familiarity with SEO and internal search optimization.

Responsibilities

• Write and develop adult learning content across platforms (videos, tutorials, microlearnings, guides).
• Lead content production and documentation, including metadata and SEO keywords.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, UX designers, and graphic designers.
• Evaluate LMS effectiveness and coordinate with IT for enhancements.
• Manage updates to e-learnings, PDFs, videos, and web pages.
• Draft member communications and prepare status reports.
• Ensure accessibility and global audience considerations.
