Cannon Valley Special Education Cooperative (CVSEC) is seeking Educational Assistants to support students with diverse learning needs across Faribault, Medford, Northfield, and Owatonna. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet Minnesota paraprofessional qualifications (college credits, associate degree, ParaPro assessment, or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students throughout the school day.
• Assist with behavior intervention plans and classroom routines.
• Encourage positive behavior and teach self-regulation skills.
• Monitor student progress and document observations.
• Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and other staff.
• Participate in required trainings and meetings.
