Job summary

Tec Centro York is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead its education and workforce development programs, including ABE, ESL, GED/HiSET, Allied Health, and Skilled Trades. You will supervise instructors and Career Navigators, drive enrollment and outcomes, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years in workforce development or related field.
Ability to supervise instructors and staff.
Experience with data management and performance reporting.
Familiarity with education and workforce training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple education and workforce programs.
Supervise instructors and Career Navigators; manage schedules and performance.
Monitor enrollment, retention, and credential attainment; ensure compliance.
Coordinate with administrative staff on registration and program calendars.
Develop and implement program improvements and staff development plans.
Prepare regular program performance reports for leadership.
