Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. seeks an Education Coordinator I to provide administrative support for the Consortium for Defense Psychology (CDP) in Bethesda, MD. You will prepare reports, coordinate training events, and ensure CE documentation is complete.

This role requires an Associate's Degree and 3–5 years of experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a office environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required with 3–5 years’ administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating training events and CE documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing training events.
• Prepare documentation for continuing education certification for training events.
• Provide technical support to training event attendees.
• Ensure CE credits and certifications are issued after events.
• Provide customer service to training attendees and faculty.
• Assist in preparing reporting data for quarterly and annual reports.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
