(HJF) is seeking a Conference Coordinator to oversee logistics for meetings and events in support of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences' Consortium for Defense Psychology (CDP) in Bethesda, MD. The role requires coordinating pre-conference, on-site, and post-conference activities to ensure successful execution and seamless collaboration with hotel/venue staff, clients, and consultants.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 6-8 years of conference coordination experience.
• Knowledge of conference and meeting industry standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background check.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with client/agency to identify and meet requirements.
• Identify and procure conference and meeting sites.
• Identify and arrange suitable platforms for virtual events.
• Negotiate contracts and manage payments.
• Develop conference websites and manage registrations.
• Provide on-site support and material logistics.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for attendees.
• Produce budgets and final expenditure reports.
• Support translation/interpretation services as needed.
• Attend required trainings as directed.
