Job summary

You will manage the Incident IQ ticketing system, user accounts, directories, and permissions, and support audiovisual equipment and digital signage across facilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Some College/ Associate degree in information technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of prior work-related experience.
• Preferred: Meraki Wi‑Fi Training, Google LMS Training, and Microsoft Active Directory.

Responsibilities
