Loudoun County Public Schools seeks a Digital Experience Specialist to maintain a complex technology environment, ensuring all elements operate effectively so students, teachers, and staff can focus on learning.

The role provides a deeper technical understanding of the digital learning environment and serves as a support resource for Digital Experience Specialists across multiple schools and administrative sites. Reassignment to other locations may occur as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or two years of equivalent experience in an Information Technology field.
• MCP or MCSA, ITILv4, HDI, A+, N+ certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Consults with staff to maintain all technology elements within the assigned location.
• Collaborates with school/department staff for technology purchases and allocation of technology resources.
• Communicates with staff regarding system changes, ongoing issues, and upcoming projects.
• Owns incidents reported by staff and students and ensures timely resolution.
• Deploys, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains technology equipment and peripherals.
• Maintains accurate inventory of technology equipment assigned to buildings, students, and staff.
• Performs system administration tasks including user account management and software installation.
• Implements emerging technologies, monitors progress, and reports findings to leadership.
• Develops and maintains knowledge articles and technical documentation.
